Terms and conditions It is our goal to deliver toys of the best qality, provide good service and bring pleasure to your kids. If you are satisfied with Wooden toys, please tell your family and friends about us otherwise you can contact us on email:pavel@wooden-toys.cz We have tried to make the buying as easy as possible, just click on the product, which you have choosen and add the product of your choice to shopping cart. After having placed a product in your shopping cart, you can either proceed to the checkout or continue shopping and add more products to your cart. Done shopping? You can finalize your order by clicking the "MY CART" button. You can see, what you have ordered. If you agree with the ordered goods, go to button „next" . At that point, you will be redirected to the secured part of our website. Here, you can enter your personal information and choose your payment and delivery method. We never share your personal information with third parties! After your order has been finalized, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you placed a wrong order or wish to cancel your order for any reason at all, please inform us by sending us an email within 2 days. We will cancel or adjust your order without any costs. If you are not satisfied with your shopping, we allow you to return us wooden toys within seven working days after receipt of your package. You always have to inform us (by e-mail). Unnotified return deliveries will not be credited! Wooden toys have to be returned with the invoice in its original packaging, in unused and undamaged condition. When we receive the returned goods with the conditions as mentioned, we will reimburse you the amount of the returned goods. We will not reimbursed the shipping costs. You will receive the purchase price minus shipping costs. The customers agree with the terms, which are written in this section. All prices displayed are in Euro and including VAT 20%, without shipping costs. By ordering one piece the transport cost is EUR 10,13. By ordering 2 or 3 pieces, the transport is EUR 13,88. For more pieces, we have to calculate extra transport cost. We will contact you as soon as posible for this extra calculation. We deliver the goods, which are in stock. Used colours on wheels of toy can be different from the photo of product displayed. You can always get extra information by contacting us. We can deliver you wooden toys all over the world. The contract is agreed in English. Wooden toys reserves the right to mistakes on the website and shop due to e.g. technical problems, wrong prices, pictures, text of products and so on. We guarantee our wooden toys, that have best quality. You can claim about defective goods for 2 years, from the date of shop. The goods must be in the same condition as received, in original packing. If the goods will be damanged by wrong using, we are not able to reimbursed the amount of purchase price. Products returned due to unknown/wrong address as stated by the customer, are being handled as ordinary return goods which mean that the order will be cancelled. Any expenses Wooden-toys.cz may have with handling the returned goods, e.g. postage, cannot be refunded. All our wooden toys are hand-made and have been approved in conformity with the EU directives and are EC-certified. Shipping costs depend on quantity of ordered goods. Orders under EUR 104,- will be added a postage fee. Orders up EUR 104,- will have free package and postage fee. By ordering one piece the transport cost is EUR 10,13. We do not charge you any packing costs. Your order will be shipped within 2 to 4 working days after receipt of your payment. If the goods are not in stock, we inform you, that the delivery will be delayed. After the goods is despatched, we inform you by email, which you have written to us. Wooden-toys.cz cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur during transport. If your order will not arrived within 15 working days after we have received your payment, please kindly contact us. In case of damage that may have occured during transport , the customer will always have to notify us by writing us (by e-mail), including photo of the damaged toy. Do not return an already received package without contacting us before. A/ Online payment We accept Paypal payment without charging any extra costs for it. B/ Bank transfer If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please transfer the total amount of your order to our bank account within 10 days (including transport cost). To avoid additional banking costs, please make sure to use form of settlement OUR and IBAN number. Under no circumstances can Wooden-toys.cz cover any kind of banking costs!
